I’m having a hard time figuring out what “Mumbleypeg” actually is. The internet is giving me two definitions, but I think it’s safe to say it involves bored kids and knives.

I finished up this logo for Mumbleypeg Productions, a film production company in New York. It was my first attempt at creating a logotype entirely from scratch. It may not be too fancy or involved, but it’s unique.

I only made the necessary letters for the company name but really considered making the rest and fleshing out a full font. I wish there was a better software solution for the process, but there isn’t really anything for Windows other than FontLab, and that’s quite a pricey commitment.

Maybe some day.
